Ang pamahalaang panlalawigan ng Palawan sa pamumuno ni Gobernador Joel T. Reyes ay mangungutang ng 1.1 Billion Pesos sa Philippine Veterans Bank at ang 200 million pesos dito ay dadalhin sa Bayan ng Coron, para sa Reclamation project ng naturang bayan.

Ang utang na 1.1 Billion pesos ay babalikatin at babayaran ng sambayanang Palawenyo sa loob ng 10 taon, samantalang bayan lamang ng Coron ang makikinabang. Ang Coron ay sinilangang bayan ni Gob. Reyes.

Ito ba ay patas o "fair" para sa mga Palawenyo? TUTULAN, PIGILIN AT HARANGIN ang hakbang na ito ni Gob. Joel Reyes.
